A Glimpse into our Legacy and Vision for the Future.

Established in 1965, Nandanvan Co-operative Industrial Estate Limited, located at Plot No. 173 (formerly 238), TPS 1, Thane, has stood as a symbol of collective enterprise and industrial spirit for over six decades. Registered under section 9(1) of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act 1960 (Maharashtra Act XXIV of 1961).

The Registration Number of the Society is TNA/PRD/I/117/ and same has been classified as the Producers Society under Section 12(1) of the said act, read with the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rule 10 (1), approved vide sanction Letter No.TNA/PRD/ of 1965, dated 2nd December 1965. Our society was founded with a vision to empower producers through a cooperative framework—an ethos that has guided us ever since.
